With the increase of the combination drug therapy ϵ , the number of the healthy CD4 \(\pmb{^{+}}\) T-cells becomes larger (a), while the number of the latently infected CD4 \(\pmb{^{+}}\) T-cells, productively infected CD4 \(\pmb{^{+}}\) T-cells and infectious virions (b), (c), (d) become smaller.
